Post-conflict, Social Cohesion, Transition and Recovery consultant -specialising in Memorialization and Housing Land and Property (HLP) issues.
Most recently FMH has been working with the United Nation’s International Organisation for Migration in Iraq. Contracted as a specialist in social cohesion through memorialization after conflict and post-conflict housing, land and property (HLP).

These contracts meant, assessing legal, policy and institutional frameworks for land dispute management in Iraq; Assessment of the role of law enforcement actors in HLP dispute resolution mechanisms, assessing informal and formal land dispute resolution models, methods and approaches in each community, especially in meeting the needs of marginalised groups such as female-headed households, minorities etc

FMH has had an unusual route to his current profession (Glass, Air, Fire, Africa, Architecture, Academia and Business), A route which developed a sequence of useful and informative attributes and iterative processes of exploration, reflection and development. A process which has helped establish a productive combination of talent, experience and empathy from which to communicate, explore and deliver challenging objectives.
